Portland Area Comprehensive Transit System’s Inclusive Transportation Planning Toolkit
Date Published: June 30, 2020As part of the 2018-2019 Transit Planning 4 All Grantee Cohort, Portland Area Comprehensive Transit System (PACTS) created an Inclusive Planning Toolkit for use organization-wide. The toolkit, attached as an appendix with their long-term transportation plan, will be provided to contractors working with PACTS and be required to refer to whenever community outreach and input is needed.
