About the Webinar
This informational webinar will introduce the Mobility, Access, and Transportation Insecurity: Creating Links to Opportunity Program (MATI) and offer an overview of its upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP).
Funded by the Federal Transit Administration and administered by the University of Minnesota’s Center for Transportation Studies (CTS), the MATI program will partner with communities and mobility providers across the country to develop and implement demonstration projects that rely on public transportation to mitigate transportation insecurity.
This webinar will review the MATI program and its timeline. Attendees will be invited to share their input about the program’s focus and the elements to be included in the RFP.
The RFP launch is expected in early 2024. Additional webinars will be scheduled during the open application period to address applicants’ questions and concerns. Please subscribe to the MATI program email list to receive any future updates.
Who Should Attend
This webinar will be of interest to representatives from transit agencies, cities, counties, MPOs, and non-profit organizations; members of the public interested in MATI; and for-profit organizations interested in learning more about participating or offering expertise.
